9 Months Ago I Had Unprotected Sex For Around 2

9 months ago i had unprotected sex for around 2 minutes .. 2 weeks after i had a flu like symptoms but no fever at all , fatigue sore throat and mouth sores only and mild chills and verical ridges on my fingernails , i had HIV elisa test after 4-6 weeks after possible exposure and it was nagative and i had another ELISA hiv test after 3 months and it was nagative as well and my doctor said that the test is accurate and i don't need any other hiv tests and after that i felt fine for whole 7 months but 3 weeks ago i had influnza or cold not sure lasted for 10 days and its gone away, but after that i had a sore throat on the right side that lasted only for 4 days and after it i had a cough that lasted for 2 weeks and it won't go away and a little discmfort in my chest yesterday i went to the hospital and i was diagnosed with bronchitis.. Is it a sign of HIV im worried does that mean my doctor is wrong or my test that was 3 months after possible exposure was wrong ? Do i need to test again ? Is bronchitis a sign of hiv?
