90 year old male 150 lb, good health otherwise, takes 5mg x2/day xarelto about a year now from stroke 3 years ago... does this cause blood presure to go down --- we keep check on pressure - about 130 or 140/75/// he just had dizzy spell with light activity bending down and up .... he fell and waited 15 minutes to regain orientation and came back in the house... took bp and was 90/60.

Does this med lower bp with time... he is VA care and all blood work has been tops - blood crit is about 44%.
