90 year old woman presenting with a fall. Family history of unspecified late onset balance disorders, difficulty walking without assistance. Exhibits intention tremor but shows no signs of nystagmus or saccades. No complaints of dizziness, fainting, or vertigo. History of otosclerosis. Does not show any deficits in muscular tone and power or peripheral nerves. What could be causing this presentation?
