92yr Old Father In Law...has What They Thought Was A

92yr old father in law...has what they thought was a bite on his hip >>now has turned into a black hole...the past two days he has this white foam like sticky liquid coming out of his mouth....what is it?? have been to ER twice and they cant find anything
