95 Yr Old Female With Gental Irritation...appears To Be From

95 yr old female with gental irritation...appears to be from urine an fecal matter resulting in skin cracking. she is in nursing home. I feel I should take her to ER. I am concerned about infection and possible E.coli infection developing. Nursing home has not treated at all other than with topical anesthetic
