A 10 Year Old Student I Work With Was Taken

A 10 year old student I work with was taken to the hospital today after she appeared to have some sort of seizure. She was rushed to the nurse when she began projectile vomiting during recess. She was unable to speak coherently, eyes enlarged but unable to focus on anyone, then she went limp as if she fainted, but her body was making little twitching movements. She was taken to the hospital and is now hooked up to a breathing tube, her blood pressure is 170/100, and she has high levels of carbon dioxide in her blood. A MRI has been done, no results yet. What could possible have happened to this child?
