A 55 Year Old Female Presents With Irritability, Highly Stressed

A 55 year old female presents with Irritability, highly stressed due to family issues with children and spouse. Seems to forget easily her normal daily activities and having trouble remembering simple tasks. She states that she recently left her child at Walmart and is having some marital problems due to her increased irritability on a daily basis. Also unable to focus at work and is worried about losing her job.
