A 60+ Female Who Is Without Her 2 Medications (one

A 60+ female who is without her 2 medications (one is for sleep, one is for psychosis?) had symptoms of right arm twitching and left leg twitching. She was standing and then blackedout and fell to the ground. Eyes dilated, mouth and facial unresponsiveness. She came to within a minute or two. Then blacked out another 3 times. Face became pale and clammy.

During the 3rd blackout, she appeared again with dilated eyes and her mouth seemed to be clattering.
