A Client Just Told Me Her Friend Had A Hysterectomy

A client just told me her friend had a hysterectomy and conceived a child, but the embryo implanted itself in the linning of the bowel. After 8 months she had a C-section to deliver the "child". I cant make out if she said the baby was delivered alive. None of this seems medically accurate. I explained to her about ectopic preganncies and that fertltilzed eggs do not implant themselves to organs such as the bowel, but she is insistent this happened and gave birth. This is not a possibility at all right?
