A Couple Days Ago I Developed Chest Heaviness, Dry Cough,

A couple days ago I developed chest heaviness, dry cough, shortness of breath, my legs were swollen and purplish in color. I had blood work done which showed a high anion gap and glucose level. I have been using Tylenol and Ibuprofen daily for over a year due to chronic back pain. Is this cause for concern, have I destroyed my kidneys?
