A Couple Days Ago I Had A Slight Pain In

A couple days ago I had a slight pain in my tail none area but now one side near the crack is swollen and slightly hard. It hurts to sit, bend over, and walk a little. When I may on my stomach it relieves most the pain but there's a residual sting. I'm a full time waitress so I need to be able to be on my feet.
