A Couple Days Ago I Had Intercourse With My Boyfriend

A couple days ago I had intercourse with my boyfriend and afterwards i experienced an itch, but i ignored it. the next day the itching continued so i bought yeast infection medicine and wipes. Now when i urinated i experience a painful sharp sting not in my clitoris but in the area where the urine comes out. I do not know what it is or what caused this. Could you help me please?
