A Couple Days Ago The Back Of My Upper Neck

A couple days ago The back of my upper neck and into my lower head was sore and stiff. That lasted a couple of days. Now the sides of my tongue or sore and it is making it difficult to chew. I also have bumps that feel like bruises on my nose. A few day before all of this happened it felt like around my lips were little welts or raised skin, but not red. I feel fine, but not sure what the heck is happening. Can you please help me.
