A Couple Months Ago I Had An Allergic Reaction To

A couple months ago I had an allergic reaction to Oxiclean. Most went away with discontinued use and washing of my clothes. But there is a persistent rash on my shin that won't go away. Should I be consulting a doctor or naturopath for this issue?
