A Couple Nights Ago, I Was Fishing With Some Friends

A couple nights ago, I was fishing with some friends when I started getting dizzy and light headed. I went to sit in the truck and as I was walking I noticed I was really weak and could hardly stand. I sat in the truck for a few minutes when I suddenly got real light headed and I stepped out of the vehicle to call for a friend and I collapsed. I believe I was having a seizure, as my whole body started shaking uncontrollably and I was trying to yell for help but no words would come out. This lasted about 2-3 minutes before my whole body went completely limp and I was unresponsive and couldn’t move. After the ambulance got me, I was still unresponsive and kept having seizures that lasted maybe 30 seconds every other 5 minutes. I was sent home once they stopped. This has never happened before, so I am wondering if I should be concerned?
