A Couple Of Days Ago I Went Tot He Restroom

A couple of days ago I went tot he restroom and had red urine. I thought I may have started my menstral cycle but then it was as if it had stopped. I wore a tampon and when I went to change it it looked like a light period. I continued to wear one until I noticed it was no longer red but more of a very dark brown. As of now I can go without a tampon...I do not 'leak' or anything like that. I have small 'line-like' specks in my urine they appear to be very dark...black almost. I can see them clearly because I have been drinking mass amounts of water and my urine is practically clear. I Also have a dark vaginal discharge when I wipe after using the restroom. Any ideas on where my focus should be directed in this instance? I occasionally feel back pain so I know it could be kidney related but the back pain is nothing new. I deal with that all the time. Hoping I can get some other insight.
