A Couple Of Days Ago I Woke Up With Pain

A couple of days ago I woke up with pain numbness and tingling in both arms down to my hands. I saw my Dr. Where we took an ekg and everything was fine. My arms are still numb and tingly and painful but now under my arm side of chest also hurts, and on my right hand there's a small lump thats tender to touch. I can't bear this continuous pain.why did this suddenly occurr?
