A Couple Of Weeks Ago I Was Diagnosed With Hemochromatosis,

A couple of weeks ago I was diagnosed with hemochromatosis, level 368, so I am to donate blood every 2 months for 6 months, then see doctor again. I went to donate blood and was told my hemoglobin was too low, 118, and would have to come back in 56 days. I have a pain in my right calf - it is there all the time but when I flex my foot towards my knee it hurts more. Any ideas?
