A Couple Of Weeks Ago I Went Into A Minute

A couple of weeks ago I went into a minute clinic for a cold. They said it was so bad because I had an ear infection in both ears. They prescribed me neomycin and polymycin b sulfates and hydrocortisone otic suspension. I put the drops in my ears twice a day for five days (I was supposed to do it for ten). Now my left ear is in a lot of pain and I can't hear too well out of it (probably used q-tip too far). Is it safe to use the drops I was prescribed a couple weeks ago? Thank you!
