A Couple Weeks Ago I Got Kicked Really Hard In

A couple weeks ago I got kicked really hard in the ankle during soccer practice. A lump formed right after, there's also a scratch on top of the lump. When I press on it I can feel the pain erupt in one small bone. The swelling has gone down but it still hurts when I move it side to side
