A Couple Weeks Ago I Was Driving My Son Was

A couple weeks ago I was driving my son was with me, and all of a sudden my vision just went completely blurry I could not see anything I was already slowing to turn when it happened so we pulled over safely, a week ago right after I got home I had a dizzy spell that made me feel like I was drunk each time these have happened they don't last more than a minute, could my metaformin be the cause of this?
