A Ct Scan Revealed A 2.9 Cm Soft Tissue Lobulated

A ct scan revealed a 2.9 cm soft tissue lobulated lesion on the incinate process of the pancreas. The patient was already diagnosed with stage four melanoma in the lung & that was removed successful seven months by VATS. Is it possible that this is cancer of the pancreas & not melanoma that has spread?
