Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
A custodial nurse fought with me in the ICU to force my incubate back into my mouth & while doing so he squished my brachial plexus nerves, rendering my right arm paralyzed. After 18 nerve block surgeries and 2 nerve implantations that did not work, my pain level has remained severe for over 9 years now. The surgeon lied and numerous lawyers could not put together a compelling case due to a very complicated 7 bone neck fusion. If the paralysis had happened during the surgery, then how could I possibly fight him afterwards? Surgeon lied to save his reputation & insurance! I imagine that I am the only man alive that had a brachial plexus injury happen in the ICU. Suggestions on how to live in such severe pain knowing how it happened?
