A Doctor Did An Adjustment To Me That He Said

A doctor did an adjustment to me that he said would help me breathe better. He did this twice and after second time my right side started to ache whenever I bent over. Now it's starting to hurt all the time. No gall bladder or appendix. He is no longer my doctor and thus I don't have one right now. Would greatly appreciate the advice and help. Thank you
