A Doctor Giving Me A Physical Stated I Had A

A doctor giving me a physical stated I had a heart murmur. I told my doctor, he ordered an echocardiagram. They could not see my heart that well so they had to use dye. When I called the doctor for the results, the nurse stated some words. I asked what it meant and she stated that my does not rest between beats. She also said, no treatment at this time! I looked it up and it stated that it's heart failure. I called doc and set up an appointment for an explanation. What the heck does this mean????????
