A Doctor Once Thought I Had Lime Disease As I

A doctor once thought I had lime disease as I had a tick in my head as a child an since I have had trimmers in my left hand that come an go, also I notice a dent in my forehead over the years it's grown down to my right eye, now I have a lump, I have really bad migraines a lot. Could they be related? And should I be concerned about the lump? It's not solid and feels weird
