A Family Known To Me Has Two Handicap Teen Age

A family known to me has two handicap teen age sons who have disability and are under all sort of medical attention. Since the sons are getting into teenage and have balancing walking learning disabilities, are feeling negative ; may need some psychiatrist help. Can u recommend some professional in Amritsar who can help young people ; could be psychiatrist or psychologist. I did on line search a found some but could not determine who would be most suited
