A Few Days Ago I Fell Off My Horse And

A few days ago I fell off my horse and landed on my head. I never lost consciousness but I went to the doctor and they confirmed that I have a concussion. At first I did not have any specific tenderness on my head only some fuzziness and occasional headaches. But this morning I woke up with what might be considered scalp pain I guess? I have two tender spots on both sides of my head in the same area (above and alittle behind the ear). But when i hit my head I hit more of the top of my head. Could this be another symptom from my concussion or is it something else? When i fell asleep my hair was up so it could also be from that. I just want to know if it is something I should get checked out.
