A Few Days Ago, I Felt Some Pimple Like Bumps

A few days ago, I felt some pimple like bumps on my inner thighs. I figured they were from razor burn or heat rash/chaffing/sweat. I live in fl and it’s summer. However I noticed a few days lately these red bumps because scabbing blisters. After I touched them I noticed that this rash was spreading not a couple on the front of my thigh and spread apart on my butt. None are in clusters. They are scabbing and the skin around some of the scabs is red but not around all of them.
