A Few Days Ago I Found A Red Lump On

A few days ago I found a red lump on my butt and it had a black dots in the center of it.
And today I got home and I looked at it its big size of a quarter and I popped it and all that's coming out is blood!
by popping it I thought the lump go away but just got bigger and painful.
What is this doctor can you tell me?
