A Few Days Ago I Had A Small Skin Colored

A few days ago I had a small skin colored bump on the lower right of my penis. After roughly 2-3 days it grew bigger and now looks purple and red. It happened before but I popped it and puss came out and healed. I don't want to pop it in case I did the Wong thing. What do I do?
