A Few Days Ago I Had An Episode Of Vomiting

A few days ago I had an episode of vomiting and now my hard palate is very swollen on each side in the back and very painful and it feels like my airway is smaller. The whole top palate is painful thoughh with major difficulty swallowing. What could this be?
