A Few Days Ago I Noticed A Pea Sized Lump

A few days ago I noticed a pea sized lump on my left labia. I felt it pop yesterday but nothing came out, it now feels like I have a hard vein that runs up my labia. My labia has been swollen the entire time and still is swollen. I have a little bit of pain in left groin area as well, but no redness. The size has remained the same since yesterday.
