A Few Days Ago, I Noticed A Small Bump On

A few days ago, I noticed a small bump on the outer labia. I assumed it was nothing and would go away, but read up on it anyway. Women who reported having something similar (a small bump on labia majora, not very painful and pink or yellow in color, pimple like) said that after applying a hot compress, the bump develope a whitehead and popped. I applied a hot compress and the same thing happened. After draining some of the pus (and blood), this bump has gone down in size. I was just wondering what I should do now. I think there's still more "gunk" in the bump and I am currently applying another compress. I was planning on applying some Flanders butt cream for babies or a bit of neosporin and checking up on the bump tomorrow. I'm sure it's nothing major, but I wanted to make sure everything was safe and that I wasn't doing anything harmful. (ps, I have not had sex, so whatever this is cannot be an sti). Thank you.
