A Few Days Ago, I Raised Up In The Kitchen

A few days ago, I raised up in the kitchen and hit my head on the bottom of a cabinet. How long would it be before I wouldn't need to worry about symptoms? I don't see a bruise, and the tenderness is starting to fade away, but you hear about people that don't think they have a problem, and end up having problems days afterward.
