A Few Days Ago I Received Unprotected Oral Sex. Not

A few days ago I received unprotected oral sex. Not right away, but about 24 hours later I experienced a burning sensation at the tip of my penis when I urinated. Similar feeling to if soap had entered the tip but slightly worse. It continued for @24 hours then subsided and is now gone. Should I get tested for anything or am I being paranoid?
