A Few Days Ago I Slept Funny &work Up With

A few days ago I slept funny &work up with a pulled muscles above my right calvical. The pain has moved to my sternum radiating to my back. The pain comes & goes.....I have the pain when I take a deep breath, blech& even at times when I swallow......my question is......is this more than pulled muscles?
