A Few Days Ago I Started Coming Down With Just

A few days ago I started coming down with just your typical cold. Some aches and pains and a sore throat. Very soon after my sore throat was accompanied by painful heart burn for two days. Now it is still painful and difficult to swallow and I noticed a lump just touching my uvula on the right side. What is this?
