A Few Days Ago I Started Getting An Itching Feeling

A few days ago I started getting an itching feeling in my urethra. along with that I noticed my semen was a little yellow and it feels weird when I pee. I wouldn't call it a burning feeling, but it does feel weird. My semen has now turned kind of watery but the yellow color is gone. Is anything wrong? Should I be worried?
