A Few Days Ago I Went On A Spinning Roller

A few days ago I went on a spinning roller coaster at a theme park, that night I felt very dizzy and the room was spinning. I took a hot shower and went to bed but I felt the room was spinning when I closed my eyes. It's been 4 days now and I still feel very dizzy and have a really bad headache. If I make any fast movements I feel like the room is spinning and very dizzy. Please help
