A Few Days Ago, After Finishing My Period I Felt

A few days ago, after finishing my period I felt what seemed like a yeast infection coming. Shortly after, itching all over started. I think I itched too hard and raw in the clitorous area. I have canker like "crater" sores on just the left side of my clitorous. I also shave and have what looks like ingrown hairs on my pubic area. Not sure if that is even related. I have been researching STDs and plan on going in tomorrow. My question is, can these canker sores/crater sores appear from trauma?
