A Few Days Ago I Noticed A Painful Sore Under

A few days ago i noticed a painful sore under my boobs nd in between my thighs but that dried up nd stopped hurting but this morning i noticed my inner thigs have started peeling i was literally removing my skin revealing another layer alot lighter than my complexion.. doesnt hurt but is freaking me out
