A Few Days Ago My Left Ear Went Numb From

A few days ago my left ear went numb from the middle down to the ear lobe. I have been having problems with that ear feeling like something is in it but doctors say nothing but it bothers me alot feels like something vibrating inside and makes me dizzy I had that feeling since September
