A Few Hours Ago I Noticed Something Weird With My

A few hours ago I noticed something weird with my hearing. It's weird but the best way to describe it is everything sounds dalek. Like everyone is robotic or talking through a fan. I don't have allergies, I'm not taking medication and I don't have a cold or flu. Any ideas as to what this is? It's kind of freaking me out. Lol.
