A Few Months Ago I Notice A Small Bump Out

A few months ago I notice a small bump out side of my vagina . I get tested all the time cause I'm a hypochondriac so I always think I have something . My tests always come back negative and my doctor told me about a month ago that it was just an oil gland ? About two days ago it was bigger and hurt today I popped it and brown stuff came out ?
