A Few Months Ago I Was Having Sex And When

A few months ago I was having sex and when I came and pulled out my penis, I experienced extreme pain in my frenulum I didn't bleed and I still haven't bled, I left it for a couple of weeks to heal and 2 or 3 months later it still hurts when having intercourse but it doesn't hurt any other time. It doesn't hurt when masterbating, only when my penis is erect and having sex. Please help I'm really worried!
