A Few Months Ago A Small Black Egg Shaped Object

A few months ago a small black egg shaped object layed on top of my skin and seemed to be attached. It son disappeared after looking back a few minutes later. A few months later in the that exact spot I feel a small hole underneath my skin and brown spots have appeared around it.
