A Few Months Ago I Stopped Taking Omeprazole 20MG Which

A few months ago i stopped taking omeprazole 20MG which i have been using twice a day for many years. I found myself vomiting without diarrhea and bloating. I currently have gastritis, acid reflux and esophagitis.
The doctor only gave me lidocaine vis/maalox for stomach. I was trying to get off the med because of long-term effect of bone disorder, kidney side effects. Since that time, i have continued having a bloated stomach and it won't go down. It don't matter rather i eat a small or normal meal.
