A Few Months Ago On A Job Site I Was

A few months ago on a job site I was struck in the head by an excavators bucket, ever since then I have been getting nosebleeds (becoming more frequent, almost daily) along with a headache, it occurs when I am stressed followed by this weird..disoriented feeling, like im going to pass out. Once in a while I struggle to remember words that I actually use very often. But once I calm down the disoriented feeling subsides and just leaves me with my bloodied nose and a headache.
