A Few Months Ago, The Lymph Nodes In The Right

A few months ago, the Lymph nodes in the right side of my neck started to swollen. About a week later, the lymph nodes in left side of neck started to swollen. A week later i had pain in the top part of both shoulders. I had a little bit of a fever but no more. The fever is gone but my lymphs in neck are still swollen a little, Now both of my armpits hurt a little. Some days I have pain in the stomach area , mostly on the right side of the rib cage. What does this mean?
